Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership in London is seeking a Workday Solutions Analyst to join the HR Systems team in a hybrid role. You will focus on enhancing the Workday offering, reporting, data quality and HR processes, linking HR, Payroll, Reward, Finance and Technology to ensure compliant configuration and accurate insights.

The role requires strong Workday expertise, deep HR process knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management to drive improvements and governance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with HRIS (Workday) and HR data analytics.
• Hands-on Workday configuration of business processes and security.
• Proven ability to build custom Workday reports beyond standard.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with testing, change management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a subject matter expert for Workday (Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent and Reporting)
• Designing, configuring and testing business processes, condition rules, security groups and calculated fields
• Building custom, matrix and composite reports, calculated fields and dashboards
• Supporting annual compensation and bonus review cycles
• Maintaining high standards of data quality, governance and GDPR compliance
• Leading system testing, UAT and change management activities
• Driving process automation and continuous improvement
• Partnering closely with HR, Reward, Payroll and Finance stakeholders
