Job summary

Workday is seeking a skilled Workday Success Plans consultant to partner with customers post Go-Live, delivering micro consulting and deployment guidance across HCM/Finance modules. You will act as a trusted Workday advisor, guiding configuration, demonstrations, and adoption strategies.

The role focuses on delivering value through customer enablement services, including webinars, office hours, and tailored configuration designs, while maintaining up-to-date product expertise and certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HCM reporting, analytics, and data warehousing experience.
• 3+ years building and maintaining Workday HCM/Financial reporting & analytics.
• Certification in Prism Analytics or equivalent analytics tool.
• 3+ years IT implementation experience.
• 3+ years software consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
• Deliver small scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate responses and value to customers clearly and effectively.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars).
• Provide one-to-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption.
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
• Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification; stay aligned with roadmap.
