Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Specialist to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level reports supporting HR analytics and workforce decision-making. You will partner with HRBPs, COEs, and executives to deliver scalable, self-service dashboards and maintain data governance across Workday data structures.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, HR Analytics, or HRIS with increasing responsibility and complexity.
• Advanced experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, Calculated Fields, worksheets, and dashboards; Workday PRISM or other advanced modules a plus.

Responsibilities

• Workday Report Development & Architecture: Design, build, and optimize complex, enterprise-level Workday reports across Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Finance.
• Strategic Stakeholder Advisory: Translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and intuitive dashboards for HRBPs, COEs, and executives.
• Governance, Compliance & Security: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and system security across Workday analytics for audit and regulatory needs.
• Process Automation & Continuous Improvement: Automate recurring workflows, leverage APIs to enrich reporting datasets, and stay current with Workday releases.
• Documentation & Enablement: Document reporting logic and data definitions; manage hypercare and user adoption.
• Leadership & Operational Support: Mentor junior team members, conduct QA reviews, and handle ad-hoc analytics and production troubleshooting.
