Job summary

Sportradar is seeking a senior Workday reporting and analytics leader to own end-to-end reporting, dashboards, and data integration. You’ll build scalable data foundations, connect Workday with Power BI, and enable self-serve insights for HR, Finance and leadership in a fast-paced sports tech environment.

You’ll lead design, security, and automation efforts, drive adoption of Discovery Boards and People Analytics, and partner across functions to deliver timely, high-quality insights while

Qualifications

• Expertise in Workday reporting, including Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports.
• Hands-on Workday security expertise including report-level access controls.
• Experience building Power BI reports and data models.
• Strong understanding of Workday data structures and organizational design.
• Ability to collaborate across HR, Finance and business stakeholders with a focus on usability and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting strategy: define what to report, retire obsolete metrics, propose leadership-relevant ones.
• Design, build and maintain all custom Workday reports and dashboards including advanced and composite reports.
• Build and optimise Discovery Boards and People Analytics content; drive adoption as the default reporting place.
• Deliver self-service reporting by understanding the decision behind requests and enabling stakeholders to serve themselves.
• Create and maintain cross-system data flows between Workday and other sources, including Power BI models.
• Lay the data foundation for AI tooling; ensure data is clean, structured and well-governed.
• Ensure data quality and security; design reporting security to show the right data to the right people.
• Automate recurring reporting (e.g., RaaS-enabled reports, scheduled deliveries) to focus on insights.
• Handle day-to-day BAU reporting requests to a high standard and derive patterns for improvement.
