Job summary

HR Path Group seeks a Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions for our global client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday systems, build strong client relationships, and train end-users to ensure successful adoption.

You will participate in every phase of Workday projects, taking on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer, with a strong emphasis on methodical delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Expertise translating client requirements into detailed Workday configuration.
• Experience with Workday methodology and lifecycle phases.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions for global clients.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions.
• Train end-users and manage change across client teams.
• Participate in all project phases: functional lead, analyst, solution architect, tester, trainer.
