Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for our global client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions, build strong customer relationships, and train end-users.

You will participate in every phase of Workday implementations, including roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer, with a high degree of travel to customer sites and international events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Translating client requirements into detailed Workday configuration options.
• Advising customers on solution evolutions and best practices for Workday implementations.
• Strong adherence to the Workday Methodology to tailor modules to client needs.
• Experience in workshop facilitation, writing design documents, UAT, and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions that are fit for purpose.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.
• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs.
