Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior Integrations Consultant to join the Workday Success Plans Team. You will guide customers through integration configurations, demonstrate Workday capabilities, and ensure smooth post go-live value realization.

You’ll work directly with clients on micro consulting engagements, troubleshoot configurations, and help them adopt new features while expanding your Workday expertise. A flexible, hybrid work arrangement is offered with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Senior Integrations Consultant with 5-7+ years of HCM and Finance systems experience.
• 3+ years of software consulting experience.
• 3+ years of IT implementation experience.
• Experience with Workday Cloud Connect for HCM/Financials and Workday Studio for HCM and Financials.
• Proficiency with REST & SOAP based web services, JSON, XML and XSLT.
• Fluency in English and another language (French, Spanish, Italian or German).
• Workday Certification or ability to certify in Integrations, Studio.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
• Deliver small scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements.
• Clearly communicate responses and value to customers.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features to achieve business goals.
• Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption and review tenant adoption.
