A prominent civil engineering firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a significant water infrastructure project in Portsmouth. The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering and extensive experience in managing large civil infrastructure projects. Qualifications

• Over 10 years’ experience in design and construction management.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong NEC contract management experience (Option C target cost preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, construction, and commissioning of major infrastructure projects.
• Produce monthly progress reports and governance approval papers.
• Lead and manage direct reports, supporting their progression and performance.
• Procure and monitor subcontractor packages, ensuring performance against targets.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to secure agreement of delivery plans.
• Ensure delivery aligns with the Clients Health & Safety Management Plan.
