Job summary

TWC Services is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our customer base across the water compliance sector. You will develop existing relationships and identify new opportunities in water hygiene, Legionella, or water treatment.

This role requires someone who can confidently speak with clients about compliance requirements and turn opportunities into long-term commercial relationships. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within the water industry is essential.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across water hygiene, Legionella and compliance markets.
• Build relationships with facilities managers, estates teams and other decision-makers.
• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline from initial contact to contract award.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and networking opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities and pipeline progression.
• Represent TWC professionally and develop long-term client partnerships.
