Job summary

TWC Services is seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong background in water hygiene and compliance. This remote role focuses on growing our customer base and developing opportunities across the water compliance sector.

You will manage your own sales pipeline, build relationships with facilities managers and senior decision-makers, and work with internal teams to deliver compliant solutions. Prior water industry experience is essential, and a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in water industry essential.
• Strong understanding of water hygiene and Legionella compliance.
• Proven track record generating new business and developing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the water hygiene, Legionella, water treatment and compliance market.
• Build relationships with facilities managers, estates teams, property professionals, contractors and other key decision-makers.
• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline from initial contact through to contract award.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and networking opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, activity and pipeline progression.
• Work closely with internal operational and technical teams to ensure a smooth handover of new business.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity and opportunities within the water compliance sector.
• Represent TWC professionally and build long-term client partnerships.
