A leading engineering organisation is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to establish and grow a new multidisciplinary water design team in the South East. We are searching for a dynamic leader with the capability to build a high‑performing team, drive design excellence and support the development of a brand‑new satellite office in the South East.

The Role

As Senior Water Design Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the client's South East operations. You will be responsible for developing and managing a multidisciplinary engineering team and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality water sector design projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establish and manage a new satellite office in the South East
• Create, lead and develop a multidisciplinary water design team
• Identify, attract and retain local engineering and management talent
• Maintain a positive team ethos and professional working culture
• Plan and grow the team in line with strategic objectives
• Oversee team structure, performance and development
• Ensure all design work follows established processes and procedures
