Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Waste Management & Recycling to drive 100% new business across the UK.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, present tailored waste management solutions and negotiate contracts to generate profitable revenue. You will hand over secured accounts to the Account Management team and focus on winning new business, with a clear progression path and commission structure.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B new business sales.
• Experience winning new customers and commercial contracts.
• Strong prospecting, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Commercially-driven with focus on profitability.
• Experience managing sales pipeline and CRM.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
