Anson Mccade is seeking a Senior User Researcher to lead user research across UK digital programmes in a hybrid setting. You will conduct hands-on research, guide stakeholders, and drive service design within multidisciplinary Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in User Research.
• Experience in multidisciplinary Agile delivery teams.
• Public sector or consultancy experience would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver user research across complex digital programmes.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities.
• Work closely with designers, product managers and engineers within Agile teams.
• Turning research findings into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
• Building strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Championing user-centred design and inclusive research practices.
• Supporting and mentoring more junior researchers.
