Job summary

You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross-functional teams, aligning insights with service propositions, and understanding the technical context to inform decisions and strategy.

Qualifications

• 4 years plus User Research experience.
• Experience working to the GDS design principles or equivalent standards in the UK Public sector.

Responsibilities

• Carry out user research and supervise and develop other user researchers to assure and improve research practice.
• Inclusive research and advocacy for accessible services for all users.
• Present research findings and tailor messages for different audiences.
• Align user research activities with wider plans to inform a service proposition.
• Understand technical contexts and how research informs decision making and product strategy.
