Experis UK is seeking an experienced Senior User Researcher to shape and improve user-centred public services within a multidisciplinary delivery team. You will plan, conduct, and communicate research that informs service design, product decisions, and policy outcomes.

You will work with Product Managers, Designers, Developers and stakeholders, champion inclusive design, embed research into Agile sprints, and build evidence-based recommendations for the Public sector and GDS.

Competenze

Experience planning and conducting user research within agile environments.
Strong ability to run interviews, usability testing, workshops and other qualitative methods.
Knowledge of inclusive and accessible research practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Mansioni

Plan and deliver end-to-end user research across the product lifecycle.
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, workshops and other qualitative techniques.
Analyse findings and synthesise insights into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Developers and BAs within multidisciplinary teams.
Champion user-centred design and advocate for user needs in delivery.
Support Agile teams by embedding research into sprint planning and decision-making.
Communicate findings through presentations, personas, journey maps and artefacts.
Build stakeholder relationships and use evidence to influence decisions.
Demonstrate experience in the Public sector and with GDS.
Plan and conduct user research independently.
Apply qualitative methods to inform service design and policy outcomes.
