A leading consultancy in urban drainage is seeking a Senior Urban Drainage Modeller in Greater London. This role involves technical leadership for urban drainage projects, collaboration for innovative solutions, and mentorship of junior team members. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Civil Engineering and experience with urban drainage modelling, particularly using InfoWorks ICM. This position promises career growth and participation in significant projects across the UK.

Cambridge, Brighton, London, Ashford, Kings Hill, Southampton & High Wycombe.
You'll be part of an established, national team tackling diverse projects focused on catchment growth, flood risk reduction, and water quality improvement. Our work is built on a deep understanding of urban drainage's role within the wider water cycle and urban landscape, always with environmental commitments, sustainability, and our communities at its core.

Provide technical leadership for urban drainage modelling projects.
Develop and deliver innovative technical solutions for stormwater overflows, water quality management, developer assessments, flood investigations, and more.
Collaborate with specialist teams to develop new tools and procedures within wastewater modelling, enhancing our expert solutions.
Plan and coordinate project delivery, including cost estimation.
Line manage and mentor junior team members, supervising their technical outputs.

To be considered for this opportunity you will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, or other relevant subject, and be a member of an industry relevant institution e.g. ICE, CIWEM. You will have previous experience leading projects in an urban drainage environment and demonstrate technical experience covering a wide range of urban drainage modelling activities - including a full working knowledge of InfoWorks ICM.
You will have experience in the management and development of staff as well as the ability to integrate well into a team and provide technical leadership to other modelling staff as a leader in an urban drainage environment.
