A leading technology company in Greater London is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to facilitate innovative training experiences. This role involves assessing trainee performance, coordinating end-to-end training, and improving learning strategies within a global network. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in English and German, and a strong background in training practices. The shift for this role is Mon‑Fri 17:30‑21:30.

The Senior Training Specialist provides an exceptional learning experience, facilitating blended learning for the AGI‑DS org. The role requires the ability to support planning, scheduling, coordination and execution of end‑to‑end training. The Senior Training Specialist will work closely with the Training Manager to track and drive completion of training reporting and task completion through the Learning Management System (LMS), and support Training Specialists to do the same. Senior Training Specialists also work to identify areas of improvement at a site level and to drive innovation within training approaches, with the goal to scale these innovations to the wider, global network.
