Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning or related discipline.
• Membership of the RTPI or equivalent professional body is required.
• Significant experience leading planning consent applications for major infrastructure projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in the delivery of major development applications.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across project types and liaise with local planning authorities.
• Support business development and prepare successful tenders and client relationships.
• Collaborate with Environmental Impact Assessment and other stakeholders.
• Oversee project management, quality, and health and safety compliance.
