Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning or related discipline.
• RTPI membership or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver major development applications.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across project types.
• Liaise with local planning authorities and stakeholders on consent.
• Provide planning advice on requirements and permitted rights.
• Contribute to business development and client relationships.
• Oversee project management with health and safety compliance.
