AECOM is seeking a Principal Town Planner to lead infrastructure planning projects across the UK, with a focus on DCO processes. You will contribute to a portfolio that includes renewables, energy, transport and water, driving successful consent strategies.

Qualifications

• A degree in Town Planning is required along with RTPI or equivalent membership.
• Experience leading planning applications for major infrastructure projects is essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and assist in the delivery of major development applications.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across various project types.
• Submit and manage planning applications, liaising with local planning authorities and stakeholders.
• Provide planning advice and deliver feasibility reports.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
