Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline required.
• Membership of RTPI or equivalent professional body preferred.
• Experience leading planning applications for large infrastructure projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver major development applications for infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage planning submissions with authorities and stakeholders.
• Provide planning advice and produce feasibility reports and consent strategies.
