AECOM is seeking a Principal Town Planner to lead infrastructure planning across the UK, with a focus on DCO projects. You will manage major applications, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and engage with local authorities and clients.

The role supports hybrid working and offers exposure to renewables, energy, transport, water, and housing developments. We look for a degree in Town Planning, RTPI membership, and substantial experience in planning consent processes, including expert witness

Formación

• Significant experience leading planning applications for major infrastructure projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication for planning statements and advocacy.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver planning applications for large infrastructure schemes.
• Provide planning advice on consent requirements and development rights.
• Support business development and client relationship building in target markets.
• Collaborate with Environmental Impact Assessment teams and other stakeholders.
• Oversee project management, quality control, and health and safety adherence.
