Responsibilities
  • Preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications and appeals.
  • Undertaking site appraisals, development plan representations, and planning research.
  • Providing professional planning advice to clients across sectors such as residential, commercial, retail, and infrastructure.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues while contributing to the growth of the team.
About You
  • RTPI Chartership (or working towards).
  • 3-6 years\' planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong understanding of the UK planning system and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.
