Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced Technical Systems Engineer to join a high-tech IT services-focused team. You will work across customer environments, handling technical support, infrastructure maintenance and on-site visits to diagnose faults and complete repairs.

You will manage incidents end-to-end, maintain documentation, and coordinate with external partners while ensuring service levels are met. This role requires strong customer service and independent problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a relevant IT role.
• Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory).
• MS 365 applications and cloud services (mandatory).
• Experience with Intune and RMM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical contact for customers and provide effective IT solutions.
• Visit customer premises for diagnostics, repairs and maintenance.
• Manage support cases and service requests via the Service Desk.
• Keep customers informed per agreed service levels and escalate when needed.
• Record and update technical documentation and tickets.
