Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced Technical Systems Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support and systems maintenance for client environments. The role combines remote and on-site activities, owning issues through to resolution and coordinating with partners as needed.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and RMM platforms while following Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential in this client-facing position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in an IT role.
• Experience with Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and cloud services (mandatory).
• Experience with Intune, RMM platforms and telephone systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical contact for customers and provide effective IT solutions.
• Attend customer premises to diagnose faults, complete repairs and maintenance.
• Manage and progress support cases using the Service Desk platform.
• Keep customers informed throughout the support process and adhere to SLAs.
• Escalate incidents requiring management intervention.
• Monitor customer environments and ensure business requirements are met.
