Integral Cooling Technologies, Industrial Refrigeration Division, seeks a Technical Sales Manager to lead major bids in London and nationwide. You will own the bid from brief to award, shaping practical, cost-efficient solutions and ensuring compliant, winning submissions.

This is a technical sales role with responsibility for end-to-end bid management, requiring strong refrigeration knowledge, leadership, and commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in UK industrial refrigeration.
• Proven record of leading bids (£500k–£6m) and meeting annual targets.
• Experience from concept design through tender submission and award.
• Knowledge of BS EN 378, PED, DSEAR, CDM 2015, GB F‑Gas.
• Ability to develop concept designs and perform heat load calculations.

Responsabilités

• Build and qualify the pipeline; develop senior client relationships.
• Turn briefs into practical, cost-efficient solutions and bids.
• Own the tender from programme to cost model and pricing.
• Ensure compliance during bid stage with relevant standards.
• Coordinate across design, estimating, procurement, delivery, finance and legal.
• Lead bid support and mentor a Bid/Estimating colleague.
• Hand over awarded project details to Contracts/PM team.
