Integral Cooling Technologies | Industrial Refrigeration Division is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead major industrial refrigeration bids in London, from initial client brief to a compliant, well-priced tender. This is a technical sales role, not account management.

You will own the bid, shape practical solutions, and present tender submissions that win work with strong margins. The role covers 3–8 schemes per year across food manufacturing, cold storage, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Extensive UK refrigeration bid experience.
• Proven bid leadership from concept to award.
• Negotiation at senior client level.

Responsabilités

• Build and qualify the pipeline with senior stakeholders.
• Turn briefs into concept designs and schemes.
• Own the tender; manage cost model and exclusions.
• Ensure compliance with BS EN 378, PED, and related regs.
• Lead cross-functional bid teams and coach junior staff.
• Hand over to Contracts/PM on award and ensure accuracy of sold scope.
