Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead planning, architecture, and management of professional services engagements focused on availability solutions, data management, and cloud technologies.

The role requires strong consulting and project management skills, extensive experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and proven ability to guide complex deployments and post-install support. Travel ~50%+ and relationship-building with clients are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Veeam’s Core products.
• Proven Consulting and Project Management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Significant experience with virtualization and storage technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, Nimble, NetApp, EMC, IBM.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to proposals and Statements of Work.
• Support delivery implementation and consulting services for Veeam solutions.
• Provide overall project guidance (plans, schedules, communication, resource, status).
• Assist with assessment, design, and post-installation issues.
• Estimate solution implementation effort for Veeam software.
• Create white papers, guides, and best practices.
• Deliver onsite knowledge transfer on Veeam solutions.
• Document configuration and completed activities.
• Analyze environments and optimize Veeam configurations.
• Facilitate client-Veeam support communications.
• Identify additional needs that Veeam can address.
• Suggest process and documentation improvements.
• Overnight travel 50%+ to meet company goals.
