Job summary

Vercel is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will drive proactive architectural guidance, cost optimization, and risk management while coordinating across Support, Engineering, Product, and Sales.

You will report to the Head of Professional Services and work with Vercel's Forward Deployed Engineering organization; travel to client sites is expected 4–8 times per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a platform, infrastructure, or developer tools company.
• Deep technical experience with a platform product and credible ramp in unfamiliar tech.
• Strong written communication for executive and incident contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
• Lead post-incident pattern ownership and technical triage with rapid response.
• Drive proactive technical strategy, cost optimization, and architectural guidance.
• Coordinate broader engagements (audits, workshops) and integrate outcomes into the roadmap.
• Translate customer needs into signals for Product, Engineering, and Support.
