Job summary

Ably is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to be our sole in-house recruiter, reporting to the VP of People and owning hiring end-to-end across the UK and Europe. You’ll calibrate briefs, run outbound sourcing, interview, extend offers, and shape the candidate experience in a remote-first, fast-growing environment at a 60-person company.

With a strong engineering focus, you’ll partner with hiring managers and the CTO, optimize AI-enabled sourcing, manage agencies, and build our employer brand.

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally as sole or lead recruiter in a start-up or scale-up.
• Ability to calibrate briefs with hiring managers and manage a structured interview process.
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders and influencing hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate hiring briefs with hiring managers to define the candidate profile.
• Find and close great candidates through outbound sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Lead offers and compensation conversations with the People team.
