Job summary

Ably is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to own our recruitment function end-to-end. You’ll be the sole in-house recruiter, reporting to the VP of People, and will shape how we hire, source, interview, and extend offers across engineering and GTM roles.

You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, refine processes, and use AI tools to drive efficiency while maintaining a human, candidate-centered approach. Join a fast-growing, remote-first team across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions (UK & Europe).
• Ability to design structured interviews and fair scoring systems.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across the company, partnering with hiring managers and the VP of People.
• Lead outbound sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers for multiple functions including engineering, GTM.
• Improve interview processes and scorecards to ensure depth and fairness.
