Ably is a remote-first, infrastructure company hiring a Senior Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across the UK and Europe. You will be the sole in-house recruiter, collaborating with the CTO and hiring managers to translate complex technical needs into clear briefs and a fair interview process.

You will run full-cycle recruiting with deep engineering focus, outbound sourcing, AI-assisted tools, and agency relationships.

Competenze

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally sole or lead recruiter in a startup/scale-up.
• Track record of finding and closing high-calibre engineers, ideally infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Strong judgment in partnering with hiring managers and calibrating briefs.

Mansioni

• Calibrate hiring briefs with each hiring manager and turn complex requirements into a clear candidate profile.
• Run outbound sourcing, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and close offers across engineering, GTM and other roles.
• Improve interview processes with structured formats and scoring to ensure fairness and depth.
