Qualifications

  • Proven success in building relationships at all levels including C-Suite.
  • Confident with data analysis and metrics interpretation.
  • Previous experience as a Talent Partner required.

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted partner to senior C-Suite stakeholders on Talent matters.
  • Manage organisational restructures and employee relations cases.
  • Develop and implement annual people strategy.
