We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property consultancy for a Senior Surveyor to join their Rural & Agency team in Inverness. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified rural surveyor to take on a varied and rewarding role, providing specialist advice across rural valuations, sales, and property consultancy.

About the Role

As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and services to clients across a broad range of rural assets. The role includes:

  • Leading agency and management advice for rural land and property transactions
  • Valuations for sale, letting, secured lending, tax planning, and rental purposes
  • Consultancy on planning, wayleaves, sporting rights, access negotiations, and diversification projects
  • Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
  • Upholding health, safety, and environmental standards
What We're Looking For
  • MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • CAAV membership (desirable)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
