LONDON VALUATION
Senior Surveyor
Role Purpose
Our specialist London team is the biggest in the UK giving us unrivalled market insight, undertaking one off valuations for all the major UK and International banks, as well as regular valuations for some of the largest Central London focused REITS and property companies. From one-off valuations to entire portfolios, we advise on all property types in London, delivering accurate valuations based on our specialist knowledge of the city's real estate.
The Central London Valuation and Advisory team is a dynamic group of 23 people. Our experience ranges from valuing single assets to large complex portfolios. We work with high profile London investors including Land Securities, The Crown Estate, Cadogan Estates, Grosvenor and Shaftesbury Capital, all of which are market leaders. We would summarise some of our experience as follows:
The Crown Estate - A quarterly valuation focusing on retail and office assets on Regent Street and St James. A value of £7.5bn.
Land Securities - Providing half yearly valuations of their properties in Central London. A total portfolio value of circa £8bn.
Cadogan Estates - An instruction to carry out an annual valuation of their £4.0bn Chelsea portfolio.
Shaftesbury Capital - We provide half yearly valuations whose portfolio comprises £2.6bn of retail and office properties based in Covent Garden.
Berkeley Estate Asset Management (BEAM)- An annual instruction of 120 properties in Mayfair totalling circa £5bn.
Grosvenor Estate - annual instruction of their Mayfair and Belgravia portfolio.
Valuations for all the major UK and International banks, Debt Funds, Insurers and other Alternative lenders as well as for owners, investors and developers of central London real estate.
