Your Education Supply Ltd in Dudley is hiring a Senior Support Worker to lead and support a care team delivering complex care. You will supervise peers, uphold care plans, and guide staff through challenging behaviours while maintaining safety and high standards of documentation.

The role offers permanent, full-time hours (36 or 48 per week) with clear progression toward leadership, including NVQ development and long-term career opportunities in complex care.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in complex care and behaviours that challenge.
• Experience supervising or supporting other care workers.
• Experience working in 3:1, 4:1 or 5:1 complex care packages.
• Experience with physical intervention or restraint in a care setting.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide calm leadership during shifts and support team members.
• Ensure care plans, behavioural strategies, risk assessments and approaches are followed.
• Escalate changes in risk or presentation to senior management or clinical teams as needed.
• Support shadowing and competency development of new team members.
• Promote least restrictive practice and accurate safeguarding documentation.
