Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care with additional responsibility during shifts.
• Support and guide other Support Workers.
• Promote safe and consistent practice and lead during incidents.
• Support complex care packages (3:1 to 5:1).
• Follow care plans, behavioural strategies and risk assessments.
• Record safeguarding concerns and maintain care documentation.
• Mentor shadowing and competency development.
