Qualifications

• Senior position requiring previous care experience.
• Experience with complex care, challenging behaviours, safeguarding.
• Experience supervising other care workers.
• Experience working with 3:1, 4:1 or 5:1 complex care packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care with additional responsibility during shifts.
• Support and guide other Support Workers and promote safe practice, providing calm leadership during escalations.
• Ensure care plans, risk assessments and behavioural strategies are followed consistently.
• Elevate risk or presentation changes to senior management or clinical teams.
• Shadow and develop new team members through mentoring and competencies.
