Senior Support Worker – Rhos on Sea, Colwyn Bay

As a Senior Support Worker with Care Quality Services, you will play a fundamental role in improving vulnerable people's lives through the care and support you provide. You will be supporting individuals with varying needs and abilities, including learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions.

This position requires 18 hours per week (8 am‑10 am & 15:30‑22:00). Previous experience is required due to the complexity of the project. Driver essential. Possession of a vehicle is not necessary.

Opportunity to complete NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care (work‑based learning) with further progression opportunities.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will help individuals live independently in their own homes while promoting a safe, healthy, and secure environment. You'll build relationships and support them in all aspects of daily living, which may include holidays, social events, and encouraging family and community connections. A small cohort of individuals in our supported living homes are capable of leading independent lives. Your role will be to help them maintain independence and live their best life. The role may include elements of personal care.
