A leading social care charity seeks a motivated Lead Senior Support Worker in Brighton to provide tailored support for individuals with challenging behaviours. You will lead a team, supervise staff, and ensure quality support services while promoting dignity and independence. A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required. This role offers competitive hourly pay and excellent benefits, including enhanced leave and training opportunities.
Salary: £13.65 per hour (plus excellent benefits)
Location: Brentry, Bristol
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

United Response are seeking a motivated and dependable Lead Senior Support Worker to join our amazing Supported Living service in Bristol.
In this service, our dedicated team support four gentlemen with behaviours that challenge. Each person lives in their own self‑contained flat within the same building, enabling them to enjoy their own space while receiving tailored, person‑centred support. If you are passionate about making a positive difference and want to be part of a skilled, supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Lead Senior Support Worker, you’ll be pivotal in supporting individuals with daily living, safeguarding their wellbeing, and helping them achieve their aspirations. You’ll also take on senior responsibilities, including leading teams, supervising staff, and ensuring quality support services.
Please note shortlisted candidates will be required to deliver a presentation at interview stage.
