Overview

Senior Structural Revit Technician – £48k-£58k – Henley-on-Thames

Are you passionate about contemporary state-of-the-art buildings design and impacting the spaces we live in? Do you have an outgoing personality and enjoy working with the full chain of design to construction?

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from the drawing and modelling side, using Revit for all work.
• Work with RC detailing and steel connections; ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Collaborate across disciplines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, mainly in the residential and commercial buildings sectors.
• Contribute to projects involving new builds, refurbishments and conversions, including state-of-the-art contemporary designs, humanitarian projects and community works.
• Support the team with the design to construction process and assist in coordinating with clients and consultants.
• There may be a future option to work one or two days from the London office, subject to distance requirements.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a buildings design practice as an experienced hands-on Revit technician.
• Strong understanding of how buildings go together, with the ability to lead projects on the drawing and modelling side.
• Competent with RC detailing and steel connections.
• Excellent communication skills; able to manage and juggle multiple projects.
• Live within travelling distance of Henley-on-Thames (option for occasional London presence may be available).
