• Previous experience in a Senior/Principal Structural position.
• Strong experience delivering projects across multiple sectors and using all common building materials.
• Skilled in structural software packages.

Responsibilities

• Producing structural design calculations across a range of sectors and materials.
• Taking the technical lead on projects and running multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Overseeing drafting staff and coordinating the preparation of drawings and tender packages.
• Carrying out structural inspections, report writing and house surveys.
• Liaising with clients, contractors and project teams to support successful delivery.
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff within the office.
