Responsibilities

• You’ll be working as part of an ambitious, growing team delivering hands-on structural design for a wide variety of projects – from mixed-use high-rise developments to huge distribution warehouses. Every day will bring fresh challenges, technical variety, and the chance to shape the skylines and spaces of tomorrow.

What you’ll bring

• Be technically strong, confident in collaborating with internal teams, external design partners, and clients.
• Hold a degree in Civil Engineering (Structures) or equivalent qualifications/experience.
• Bring proven experience producing structural calculations and designs across a range of projects, sectors, and materials.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of current codes of practice, working with all major construction materials.
• Be comfortable with both hand calculations and spreadsheets, as well as modern 3D modelling design software.
• Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear, practical, and economic design sketches for technicians.
• Share our core values and have the drive to continually improve our service and team efficiency.
