THE ROLE

As a strategist at The Midnight Club, you will play a key role in advancing our product. You will be responsible for delivering bold perspectives and distinct strategy. Working closely with our creative, design and client leadership teams, you’ll be the voice of the consumer, deeply rooted in culture with the ability to talk credibly about the project topics. You’ll have a professional and experienced awareness of how to land global campaigns but delivering unique solutions to each project.

What you’ll be doing :

• Supporting day‑to‑day strategy across multiple local & global projects
• Coordinate the deck‑writing process for creative responses and present them
• Ensure our creative ideas are born out of sharp insights
• Deliver professional and pleasing frameworks and toolkits
• Advance our future strategy product in collaboration with the wider strategy and planning team

ABOUT YOURSELF

• Experience in an advertising, digital or media agency (or all of the above)
• 5-7 years in the industry
• Local & Global experience
• Passionate about youth culture
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills
• Proven ability to develop well‑written documents and eloquently present
• Ambitious personality
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
