Role Description

This is a remote, Maternity cover (Feb to Dec 2026) contract role for a Senior Strategic Account Manager. Responsibilities include managing and growing key client relationships, developing and executing account strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The role will require the strategic coordination of client needs, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Additionally, the manager will oversee contract negotiations, monitor performance metrics, and consistently align client objectives with business goals.

Qualifications
  • Experience in strategic account management, client relations, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and performance monitoring
  • Team collaboration experience and excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Background in the food manufacturing industry or related sectors is a plus
  • Previous business development, account management and/or partnership management a must
  • Experience with project management tools or CRM systems is advantageous
