Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Senior Store Advisor to join our Leeds store team. You’ll lead by example, coach colleagues and own day-to-day store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and commercial success.

You’ll spend time building customer relationships, identifying opportunities to boost sales, and ensuring compliant, smooth store performance. Flexibility to work across opening hours is expected, with induction and ongoing development support.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience and a track record of delivering results.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to build relationships.
• Experience coaching and developing colleagues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and influence the team.
• Familiarity with retail operations, compliance, and FCA considerations is a plus.
