Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-end kitchen environment as a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Knowledge of food quality standards and health & safety regulations.

They are searching for a talented and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join their award-winning culinary team.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in leading the kitchen operations across multiple outlets, including restaurants, room service and large-scale events. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards and inspiring a talented brigade to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
