Job summary

Contentful is seeking a Solution/Sales Engineer to partner with our sales team across EMEA, helping prospects understand how Contentful compares with legacy tech and how our platform meets their project needs. You will validate requirements, create demonstrations, and collaborate with architects and customer success managers to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
3-5 years as a Sales/Solution Engineer/Architect or 5-10 years as a developer in digital experience delivery.
Strong presentation ability to convey business and technical concepts to varied audiences.
Experience with modern web technologies and marketing tech platforms.
Curiosity about how technology drives business value.

Responsibilities

Work directly with Account Executives to support EMEA customers.
Help prospects understand Contentful and compare with legacy technologies.
Validate requirements against Contentful platform and mitigate risks.
Create demonstrations and assist with technical evaluations to show platform value.
Communicate needs and feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments.
