Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with our sales team, owning discovery, solution design, and technical validation for EMEA customers. You will travel up to 50% and collaborate with global teams to demonstrate how our platform replaces legacy tech and delivers business value.

You will articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, run product demonstrations, and help shape customer outcomes across CMS, Commerce, and Personalisation ecosystems within a fast-paced sales

Qualifications

Experience as a Sales/Solution Engineer or Architect in a cloud-based SaaS/PaaS environment.
Ability to demonstrate products and convey complex tech to marketing and technical personas.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, CDNs, and CI/CD.
Excellent communication and emotional intelligence in cross-functional meetings.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executives to support EMEA customers.
Help prospects understand platform capabilities and compare with legacy technologies.
Identify requirements, validate them against the platform, and mitigate risks.
Create product demonstrations and assist with technical evaluations.
Communicate needs and feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams.
Work with Solution Architects and Customer Success to deploy and launch projects.
