Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Qualified Senior Solution Engineer to lead world-class product demonstrations and drive technical discovery for GTM efforts in the UK market. You will partner with Account Executives and other teams to identify customer goals and craft pragmatic solutions using Salesforce and Qualified capabilities.

You should translate complex tech concepts for non-technical stakeholders and maintain strong industry awareness to deliver compelling, credible presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation.
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Showcase Qualified with world-class product demonstrations (15 per week).
Become a subject matter expert on Qualified capabilities and customer stories.
Build understanding of Salesforce architecture, marketing automation, data enrichment.
Own the technical discovery and qualification process for Qualified prospects.
Partner with Account Executives to identify customer goals and pains.
Provide technical responses to Security Questionnaires.
Write technical blog content about Qualified capabilities.
Voice of the customer by feeding product feedback to Product/Engineering.
Monitor industry news to maintain ecosystem expertise.
